Opine Projects was founded by Amit Malhotra. Amit has over 20 years real estate experience and held senior positions client-side and in consultancy. He has worked with a range of property clients ranging from institutional funds to leading developer/operators.

He has successfully navigated a diverse range of development projects through the planning system, from small complex sites, extensive community estate regeneration and comprehensive masterplan developments. His expertise spans all forms of real estate development within the residential sectors, commercial, community initiatives and leisure projects.

With this experience, Amit founded Opine Projects to advise and support property development clients on their development projects and cultivate strong partnerships. His experience allows him to provide rationale advice in order to guide projects from pre-acquisition to construction, adding value along the way.
